1.1 Protection of your personal data is of fundamental importance to us. This privacy policy (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy") has been created to help you understand how we process the information we collect about you, when you interact with us or provide us with information through our website.
1.2 Pirelli Tyre S.p.A., with registered office at Viale Piero e Alberto Pirelli 25, 20126 Milan, Tax Code, VAT number, and Milan Companies Register number 07211330159 (hereinafter "Pirelli", "we", or "our", as applicable) will act as the "Controller" of your personal data processing, for the purposes detailed in Article 3.

2. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION


2.1 We collect personal data in accordance with the applicable personal data protection laws, particularly the EU Regulation 679/2016 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “GDPR”). This includes, but is not limited to, information that can identify you, such as your first and last name, address, postal code, city, country, phone number, and email address (hereinafter “Personal Data”).

2.2 You may be asked to provide certain Personal Data by filling out forms on our website, and/or when you request to be contacted, for the purposes described in Article 3. The Personal Data you provide may include your name, email address, and any other information you provide when interacting with us or contacting us.

Technical Information

2.3 When you browse our website(s), we may collect information that can identify your computer and the browser you use or any mobile device you use to browse the internet. This information is collected through the installation of small text files called “cookies” and other similar technologies (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Cookies"). Among other functions, when you visit our website(s) again, previously stored Cookies allow us to recognize your browser. Cookies may store unique identifiers or other information as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. USE OF PERSONAL DATA


3.1 We will use your Personal Data to provide you with the requested information regarding the business service of renting pedal-assisted bicycles and, for this purpose, put you in contact with the operator of the mentioned service (Unicorn Mobility S.r.l.). Processing your Personal Data for the purpose described in this Article 3 is necessary to fulfill your request and, therefore, does not require your prior consent.
3.2 Pirelli may also use your Personal Data for marketing purposes, as described in Article 7, with your prior consent.

4. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA


4.1 We may share your Personal Data if authorized by law or as follows:
(a) Pirelli Group Companies. Your Personal Data may be shared with Pirelli & C. S.p.A. and/or any Pirelli Group company located in Europe for the legitimate interests related to organizational and technical activities linked to the purpose described in Article 3.
(b) Unicorn Mobility S.r.l. Your Personal Data will be transmitted to Unicorn Mobility S.r.l., the assignee company of the Cycl-e business unit and the current provider of the pedal-assisted bicycle rental service. Unicorn Mobility S.r.l. will act as an independent data controller for the purposes outlined in Article 3.1.
(c) As permitted or required by law. In certain cases, we may be required to provide Personal Data in response to a court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law. We also reserve the right to report to the relevant authorities any activities that, in good faith, we believe to be illegal or in violation of applicable laws. We may disclose some Personal Data if we believe that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, property, safety, or that of others, or to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
(d) Business Transaction. In the event we intend to sell or transfer ownership or control of some or all of our business or services to third parties, it may be necessary to disclose your Personal Data to the potential buyer both before and after the purchase. We will do so in accordance with applicable data protection laws. If the business transaction is completed, we will require the purchasing party to agree to be bound by terms similar to those of this Privacy Policy and to use and disclose your Personal Data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy. If the transaction is not completed, we will require the potential buyer not to use or disclose your Personal Data in any way and to delete it completely.

5. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS


5.1 You have various privacy rights under applicable personal data protection laws. Under the GDPR, you have the right to access to your personal data, request its correction, deletion (for legitimate reasons), limit or restrict its processing, have the right to data portability, and be informed of any security breaches that may put your confidentiality and data protection rights at risk. To exercise your rights, you can contact us at privacy.europe@pirelli.com. You may also use your personal area on our website to directly carry out permitted operations. Additionally, you can file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your country, in accordance with applicable laws (for Italy: www.garanteprivacy.it).We may not be able to accommodate every request related to certain information if we believe this would violate any law other legal requirements, or other data subjects’ rights .

6.DATA RETENTION


6.1 We will retain your Personal Data: (i) if you have requested information, for a period of 1 (one) year from our last communication; (ii) for marketing purposes, for a period of 3 (three) years from the date of your consent, unless you request otherwise. Furthermore, if within the period indicated in paragraph (ii) you perform actions on your account or on one of Pirelli's websites or apps (including, but not limited to, registering for promotions or events, requesting new services, responding to surveys), indicating your interest in maintaining the account or relationships with Pirelli in relation to Pirelli's products and/or services and/or those of Pirelli Group companies, we will retain your Personal Data for an additional 3 years from the date of registration of such actions, without sending marketing communications in the absence of your specific consent.
After the data retention periods for the above purposes have expired, your Personal Data will be archived and stored where necessary (for example, in relation to the products and/or services you have purchased or used, or in the case of your participation in prize competitions), for the period of time required by applicable laws regarding data and document retention for administrative, accounting, tax, and legal defense purposes (in accordance with the applicable limitation periods for such matters). We will delete your Personal Data upon your request, where applicable, in accordance with the data protection regulations applicable to you.

7. ELECTRONIC COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS


7.1 Based on your specific consent to marketing activities, Pirelli will be authorized to send you promotional emails (including newsletters) and other electronic commercial communications related to Pirelli or Pirelli Group products/services. You can limit the communications you receive from Pirelli at any time. I you don’t want to receive future commercial emails, simply click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email sent by Pirelli.
7.2 Please note that even if you decide to opt out of receiving future promotional emails, we may still need to contact you for important information regarding your account, in compliance with applicable data protection laws. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of other websites or applications, and we encourage you to read all terms, conditions, and privacy policies provided by third parties before providing them with your information.

10. LIMITATIONS FOR MINORS' DATA


10.1 If you are a minor under Italian law, do not provide us with any Personal Data without the consent of your legal guardian. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a minor without the consent of their legal guardian, we will promptly delete such information. 11. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA


11.1 We use security measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modifications, unlawful destruction, or accidental loss. We allow access to our databases only when necessary and based on strict guidelines regarding their use.
11.2 It is your responsibility to protect your login credentials. For this reason, we recommend using a unique password for our website that is different from the password used for any other site.
